This answer will explain how to renew your domain names.
Domains will auto renew unless you tell us not to.
123-reg will automatically renew your domain names for the same period that there were last purchased/renewed for unless you tell us otherwise. In each case we'll send you a reminder that the domain name is due for renewal. This reminder will be sent to your main contact email address, as listed in your personal information.
Please note: This article does not apply to .at domain names. For information on renewal/expiry of .at domain names, please see .at domain name renewals/expiry.
Your domains and hosting will only be automatically renewed if your credit card details are correct and up-to-date.
Important: .eu domain names must be renewed 1 day before expiration. If they are left until the day of expiration, they will enter a quarantine status and incur a fee of £30+VAT in addition to the renewal fee in order to retrieve the domain.
I want to renew my domains manually
To renew your domain names manually, just follow the procedure below:

Click on the Domain name(s) option in the This product(s) will soon expire! section at the top of your 123-reg control panel.

If you have more than one domain which is due to expire, select each tick box next to the domain names that you wish to renew, then click on the >>>Next Step>>> button.

Follow the on screen payment instructions to complete the renewal of your domain names.
I don't want my domains to auto-renew
To stop your domains from auto-renewing, just follow the procedure below:

Go to the Domain names section.

Click on the Allow expiry link below Domain renewals.

If you have more than one domain which is due to expire, select each domain, then click on the Next Step button.

Click on the Confirm Domain Cancellation button.
