If you have forgotten your mailbox password, you will just need to change it. To change your mailbox password, you first need to log into your 123-reg control panel, then follow the instructions below:

Scroll down the page until you reach the Email section.

Click on the Manage email link.

Find the mailbox that you wish to change the password for under the Your email addresses section by selecting the relevant domain name from the drop down box and clicking on the manage button.

Click on the corresponding edit link next to the email address.

Under the Change your Mailbox password section, type your new password into the relevant box and type it again in the Repeat new password box.

Click on the Save your new password button.
Tip: If you have set up your mailbox to recieve emails in an email client such as outlook, you will need to edit your mailbox profile in your email client to reflect your new password.
